Excellently located sparkling clean city hotel with great rooftop views
- very near to the station for those arriving by rail with heavy
luggage. 24 hour desk and free tea at the front counter which given the
expense of Zurich is a boon on arrival! Luggage room to leave things on

The hotel is a short walk from the station, the staff are very kind and friendly and there is a nice atmosphere. Although Hotel Marta is functional, plain and simple, everything is of high quality (beds, pristine bathrooms etc.). In the lobby there is a hotel computer and free tea available around the clock. The breakfast buffet does not have a wide choice but again the food is of high quality, plentiful and perfectly substantial and everything spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. Moreover, we were given the rooms much earlier than the check in time. It was very helpful as we had travelled overnight by train and needed to refresh ours

- The location was fantastic - you can easily walk there from the main train station. Then the tourist sights are within walking distance also.
- The room was an adequate size - there was enough room for luggage and to walk around.
- The room was clean.
- There was a lift so you didn't have to carry your luggage up stairs.
- The staff were professional.

The place was clean and quiet. The furnishings were spare, but serviceable. The staff at checkin was good. The area was a 'hip' part of town - near some good restaurants that were not too expensive. It was close to a tramline that got me downtown quickly. -

Friendly competent young staff. Spotless room with soundproof windows ensuring a sound sleep. Lively location with plenty of people watching opportunities. Close to supermarket, cafes and 24 hr deli. 12 o clock check out was great and they let us check in early to our room as we had requested. -

The staff was very helpful. This is a new hotel and was opened on Aug 11, 2013. I stayed there from Sept 2-4. While there were a few items that needed attention I was very impressed. I would say this was one of the best hotel in this budget. Staff was very professional. Rooms were very clean. Interior was very modern. Great color combination. Excellent lighting through out. If i knew it from before flag zurich will give me such a unique experience I would have planned a longer stay. Bravo Flag Zurich keep it up.
