We had a very nice apartment, not big, but comfortable, we felt like at home, not like in the hotel (there were books, radio, tv, sofa, great equiped kitchen, nice large balcony...). In front of the hotel you can see Matternhorn. The house is close to the centre and also to the cable cars. Quite area.
Zermatt itself is fabulous with its spectacular location. Haus Sonnheim was excellent: plenty of space, well laid out, clean, well equipped, and only about 10 mins walk from the train station. We loved being able to come and go as we pleased and being able to do our own cooking.alla recensioner »
The place is so clean and well maintained. Location is great, it's only 5 minutes walk to Klein Matterhorn cable car and bus stop where you can take the bus to other ski lifts. Will definitely come back here again next season.
this is a new apartment. only 2 mins walk to cable station. the room is very clean and very warm. you can find everything you needed there.
The apartment was very comfortable and excellently located close to the glacier klein Matterhorn gondola. Good quality and good price.

The house from outside looks old, but from inside it is renovated, also the apartment was new.
I can't think of anything although my partner said he would have liked a microwave.

The internet promised in the booking did not work, and the washing machine that was included in the apartment was actually located in a seperate washing room, and the mashines were actually already pre-booked by the permanent residents in the house.
No information was provided that there was no reception area and we were unsure of who to refer to to check in and gain access to our room upon arrival.
Only fault I could give was no iron.
