  Staff (Hugo) was very helpful and all others generally spoke English well. Breakfast was great. Efficient and well run. Restaurant L'Ecurie on site very good - run by mother and father of proprieter. The hotel facilities were clean and perfect for my ski weekend stay. The breakfast each day was excellent as was my dinners at the restaurant L'Ecurie.

  We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The frontstaff as well as breakfast staff were very service minded and helpful. We had a fantastic big room with nice view. The breakfast buffe' was super with all different gourmet to choose between. The interior in the spa area was very soft and nice. - The hotel staff including front desk and restaurant cou... vad folk säger » ld not have been friendlier. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The hotel itself is well appointed with modern features yet a Swiss alpine fee. The views . . . fantastic.

  I booked this so long ago via booking dot com with the '1 room left' threat that I didn't even really check location, amenities or much. Melanie deserves a raise for her super help and welcoming, smiley personality. Marta was incredibly caring and helpful too when my friend sustained an injury (doctor's office right next door!). All of the shuttle drivers such as Tom really helped make the trip - going out of their - The hotel closed and I got upgraded to a suite in the nevai hotel next door. Fabulous!
