  Excellent, clean and typically Swiss in terms of efficiency. Large and wonderful spa facilities, including hammams, saunas, jets and multiple bubbling beds and hot tubs. I have loved this place for many years whilst living in Switzerland and since the relatively recent refurbishment, it is even better.   Service was excellent - There was heavy snowfall and the owner came and rescued us from the bottom of the hill. The food was 'home style' typically Swiss and delightful. Msr. was charming and helpful and had a sence of fun. The views are stunning and our stay was altogether perfect, despite too much snow for snowboarding! - Value for money.   I actually stayed in Royal Plaza which I think is connected to Villa Toscane. Rooms were excellent and spa facilities excellent. - usage of the pool and welness facilities in the montreux palace across the road for free.

  The Receptionist was very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Seafood was fantastic.   All from location to content of the room and hospitality of the staff has left the best impression about our stay. Close to the lake, nicely designed, extremely clean, very friendly and helpful team. We booked the room, which was double, but small, however it was absolutely enough for two of us and for our two days staying. The team helped us to rent a boat, gave us tips regarding lo - We enjoyed the staff of this hotel, and our room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent! The only negative would be the church across the street, if you are a light sleeper you might not be able to sleep through the church bells. The room was very modern and clean. The staff at Le Bourg 7 were the nicest people we met in Lutry, the rest of the town seemed to be annoyed by tourists.
