  Excellent, clean and typically Swiss in terms of efficiency. Large and wonderful spa facilities, including hammams, saunas, jets and multiple bubbling beds and hot tubs. I have loved this place for many years whilst living in Switzerland and since the relatively recent refurbishment, it is even better.   Bra pris - Please go here for the view ! No road between the hotel and the Lake so this is very quiet. Staff very hepfull and polite, specially at the Front desk where you could find all information needed! - The room presentation was extremely good - in fact excellent.   Service was excellent - There was heavy snowfall and the owner came and rescued us from the bottom of the hill. The food was 'home style' typically Swiss and delightful. Msr. was charming and helpful and had a sence of fun. The views are stunning and our stay was altogether perfect, despite too much snow for snowboarding! - Value for money.   I actually stayed in Royal Plaza which I think is connected to Villa Toscane. Rooms were excellent and spa facilities excellent. - usage of the pool and welness facilities in the montreux palace across the road for free.
