  Excellent staff, very clean, spacious and comfortable apartments, close to the Torrent cablecar that leasd to the ski slopes - everything was good and not to far away from the center of the village.

  Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything. Staff was kind and spoke English and we were treated with respect. Free parking right next to the hotel.   Second time we stayed in the hotel and will come again. First time just as a couple and now with friends, we all enjoyed our weekend in the hotel. Enjoyed the English TV channels, WiFi worked perfectly. - Everything was good, but especially the friendliness of the staff who were available at all times during the stay.

  This is an outstanding little pearl of a small family-run mountain hotel, that we have had the pleasure of visiting for the second time. The service from the minute you check in to the moment you leave is of a very high standard and extremely personalised. You are greeted as a friend rather than a customer. I loved sitting on the balcony, having a glass of wine in the evening, twinkly fairy lights on the balcony. Our apartment had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn.   We have booked a superior room in this hotel for 5 nights. Nice spacious room with balcony on the frontside, but not much traffic noice.Nice beds and bathroom was ok.   A wonderful and historic establishment in a perfect location. Superb breakfast: excellent in every respect. Hazelnut baguettes were delicious. Very attentive management and the new spa is really nice. Relaxed atmosphere - we could use the spa as much as we wanted after checking out, for example. Free travel on all buses and funiculars/ telesieges... vad folk säger » in the valley for the whole time you stay (but NOT to Vissoie when you leave). - One of our best hotel-experiences!
