  We loved every moment spent in the Bettmeralp area. The hotel is a treasure: great staff, gourmet food and service, and a location in the high alps that just can't be beat.   It was an amazing experience!! The service was spectacular!! Very welcoming, yet still very discreet! The hotel is very well decorate, plus have technologies also.   Our room was bright and very comfortable. Nice to have a separate living area which is unusual to find in most hotel rooms. Spa and pool area also very pleasant. Good choice of food at breakfast each morning.   The 5 course evening meal could not be faulted; seconds even offered! Excellent chef/kitchen staff, and Andrea in the dining room, assisted by Barbara. The long bath was a luxury for me. I was given what I had asked for: south facing room with balcony, for the fantastic views of snow clad mountains the other side of the Rhone Valley. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with various breads cheeses yogurts cereals and more. It us peaceful and a minutes walk from markets cafes shops and activities. I will stay here again and tell my friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Crans Montana.

  A small and cosy hotel that surely lives up to the standards of its five stars! I spent some amazing days here, with most attentive staff and an excellent room with beautiful views! The food was delicious, and during lunch time it was possible to enjoy your meal outside on the terrace, enjoying the lovely weather and the breathtaking panoramic mou... vad folk säger » ntain view. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and if I have the chance to come back to Crans, this is where I will spend my stay, no doubt - The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss" experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony. Tres bien.

  We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The frontstaff as well as breakfast staff were very service minded and helpful. We had a fantastic big room with nice view. The breakfast buffe' was super with all different gourmet to choose between. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The hotel itself is well appointed with modern features yet a Swiss alpine fee. The views . . . fantastic.
