  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck.   Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

  The indoor pool, heated jacuzzis and the steam and sauna rooms were really great! Could have spent a whole day there.   Second time we stayed in the hotel and will come again. First time just as a couple and now with friends, we all enjoyed our weekend in the hotel. Enjoyed the English TV channels, WiFi worked perfectly. - Everything was good, but especially the friendliness of the staff who were available at all times during the stay.
