Half board was value for money with 4/5 course dinners. breakfast was simple but nice with amazing views of the matterhorn from the restaurant. staff were warm and friendly and available when needed with good tips for things to do. The location to the mattethorn, cable cars and trains is ideal. -

We loved everything! Beautiful room with a balcony, even a rack to dry the swim suits as we spent much time in the thermal pools just up the road. Beautiful buffet breakfast, delightful dinner, our best meal away. Again greeted by owners.

The hotel is located oposite Alpin Express so you can ski almost back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner Ivano was keen to accomodate our extra requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy. We also had dinner in the hotel and it works out to be the cheapest dinner in town as for CHF30 we had a four course meal with salad.

Fast WIFI and located right next to the Alpin Express gondola lift. Plenty of English channels on a big flat screen TV in a spacious room. Great ski lockers for each room set your own combination. Not overpriced for half board meal option good value and saves on eating out. Nice bar. My second visit would return again.

Hotel looks very new and clean. Staff (owner,I think) is very nice and helpful. View of Matterhorn from the room took our breath away!! Breakfast is excellent. Beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable!!

Impeccable cleanliness is maintained in the hotel - rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily, linen is changed twice a week. The breakfast is very diverse and plentiful. The food was excellent - and always more than enough to eat. Service was also excellent and staff were very helpful. One of the party was vegetarian and this was always addressed.
