  Just a great place to stay within an easy walk to Ascona with it's shops and restaurants. Great staff. Lovely relaxing environment looking down Lake Maggiore. - Everything ,one of the best hotel in Switzerland ! - Good value for money with great culinary delights.

  The staff were highly professional and pleasant; and the hotel spa was wonderful - which counted for a lot, as it rained the whole time I was in Lugano! - The hotel is easily acccessible and very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere. The views are stunning. The staff were all efficient and friendly.

  Outstanding room ( I took a suite with a breath taking view. Quite and clean. Staff mostly were very friendly and helpful. There is the head of reception, Roberta, she's super nice and undertstsnd the meaning of guest satisfaction. Also, their was an Arabic receptionist named Sahbi.
