  Very pleasant staff,particularly in the dining room.Hotel nice and warm. - We went up behind the hotel to the alps. It was beautiful. Thestaff was so friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!

  We only stayed over for a night during over travels and found the hotel quite comfortable. The room was small with a tiny bathroom, but efficient for one night. The restaurant is brilliant – their home-made pasta delicious! The hotel was conveniently situated next to the station.   We regularly travel to Italy by car and so need a place to overnight in Switzerland. This is the best place we've stayed - you really can't fault it. It's close to the motorway,Gottard tunnel and so easy to find, but quiet. Plenty of parking, good size clean, comfortable rooms, good food at reasonable prices, very pleasant lounge and bar areas. Very helpfull and pleasant st - Comfortable hotel, with good facilities, friendly staff, large room with great view, perfectly placed for the Gottardo pass and the mountains. We enjoyed our stay.

  Beautifully clean and comfortable. View of Lake and mountains fantastic. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff variable. Breakfast somewhat limited ie scrambled eggs main choice, but plenty of fresh fruit etc. Busy road between lake and hotel but double glazing very effective and quieter at night. The receptionist Luca was very very nice and funny (a great sense of humour! He really lightens up your mood!!!). Great hotel!

  They have given us a well-prepared baby travel crib for our little one in our room, which has included a bed sheet, a duvet and a pillow for our 8 months old daughter! The hotel has also offered toiletries in the bathroom such as shower gel/shampoo, shower cap, nail polisher, shoehorn...etc. Very thoughtful for the guests! - Very friendly, helpfu... vad folk säger » l hosts. If travelling by bus from Lucarno, turn back up the street to the post office on the corner. Turn left and the hotel is approx 100 metres on your left, a 5 min walk.
