  Friendly staff, good localization, 7min from central station and the main market street. Clean sheets/bedroom. Dinner service and breakfast were very generous and appreciated. - Rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfest was also great. I would recommend this hostel to all backpackers.

  It is located in a quiet location that is easy to access and find. I would stay at this hotel again and I would recommend others to stay here. - The restaurant was great and the staff were English-speaking. he room was comfortable and efficient.

  Nearly everything! The staff were welcoming and very friendly, the room was clean, bright and well equiped. We had dinner on the terrace, which was superb.   We liked the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place. It was very hot the week we stayed and without asking, the owner supplied a sheet to cover the comfortable bed instead of a duvet. Thoughtful. It is on a corner and because there is no air conditioning, windows were open and traffic noise is there but not continuous The location is good... vad folk säger » being only 5-6 minutes walk from the railway station and a couple of blocks away from the noise of people sitting outside cafes in the centre. The br - Nikolla the person who checks me in and out of the hotel and also prepared the breakfast every morning was very nice and friendly to me. The hotel isn't 5 stars, but it is clean and has its own bathroom not sharing. It is very near to the town, shopping and train station of Biel/Bienne. Plus Nikolla also loan me a bicycle to ride around town. At a very reasonable price, plus good service and free bicycle loan what more can one ask. This is an excellent hotel, so if you are looking to stay at Bi

  The rooms were clean and spacious (we were on 9th floor) with nice big shower. Receptionist was very helpful with booking dinner and explaining how to get to the old town. Ample parking (extra 20swiss francs but can come and go for 24hours). 2X English speaking tv channels. 15 stroll to the old town without old town accom prices. WiFI for 1 device... vad folk säger » available for free. - Great budget hotel a short walk or tram ride to the city center. Good sized clean rooms, organized, efficient with free wi-fi. What more could you want? Bern is a beautiful old city in a beautiful country. Enjoy!
