  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. IT's worth staying there... - The... vad folk säger » staff and service were superior. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. We needed a dentist while there and they arranged everything with the best dentist in town. We are planning our return trip for this winter.

  Everything was great! Service is perfect. Spa zone is wonderfull. Staff is very welcome. Be ready that you should put on the jacket for a dinner. We enjoyed our stay a lot. - Beautiful setting, lovely rooms, excellent staff and great facilities. Will definitely revisit.

  Location was perfect with amazing views over the lake yet a very short walk into the town. The room was spacious and the chambermaid service was outstanding. All of the staff were efficient and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a choice of cereals, nuts, fruit - both prepared and natural, y... vad folk säger » oghurts, cooked food and bread. The swimming pool and spa area very relaxing and with the standard of cleanliness you would expect. We would recommend - We were struck by the reception at st.moritz train station after a long glacier express voyage. This exemplary treatment went all the way including room service, the very warm hospitality extended by every single member of the Kulm team, until the same gentleman put us in our train to Zurich. Kulm disproves that perfect is the enemy of good, it is a manifestation of "perfect". Thanks to all who have made it possible, an congratulations to the management.

  One can not find a more perfect place for the winter holiday with small children. The private mountain railway takes you up, where children can play in the snow castle. Hotel has wonderful children's club with very professional staff. (Special thanks to Christoffer for taking care of our daughter). The ski area is not big and therefore you get quickly up to the runs with the Tschuggen express and don't lose any of your precious time. The - very friendly staff always willing to help, good service to bring you to the train station or elsewhere, 2 very good restaurants and good breakfast buffet.
