  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views..   One can not find a more perfect place for the winter holiday with small children. The private mountain railway takes you up, where children can play in the snow castle. Hotel has wonderful children's club with very professional staff. (Special thanks to Christoffer for taking care of our daughter).   The best ratio price/quality for the hotel what I've ever been through. Quality is their passion - that's true. I was surprised that is so perfect feeling on so high location as 1853 m. Samnaun / Ischgl - is one of the best in the Alps. Duty free zone with a lot of shops of very good watches / jewellery.
