  The owner, Matesis (not sure of spelling) was very warm and freindly, and I enjoyed our chat about cars, and his love of Ford Capris. He and his staff were fantastic, and the Ladina is very comfortable, almost like a boutique hotel, as it is small (I think 10 rooms or so in total), and the staff make you feel at home.   One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. Recently renovated with modern features and in a beautiful village. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Free wifi. - Nice and spacious rooms; friendly and extremely helpful staff.

  Thé staff was very kind and helpful. Great breakfast! Nice rooms particularly for families with 2 kids, who can sleep in a Mezzanine - Very nice and clean small family-operated hotel close to the entrance of the swiss national park. The food is great.

  Wonderful old hotel, completely refurbished to a very high standard. The staff were friendly, helpful and utterly delightful. Excellent buffet breakfast served in lovely surroundings. Free WiFi throughout the hotel, with a strong and reliable signal in the bedroom. Bathroom was a good size with a large shower. The motel is quiet and peaceful with out road noise. Lockup bike room and access without stairs for luggage. Very happy and will stay there again.

  Loved just about everything. The location is amazing. The apartments are beautifully furnished with high-quality fittings. The view from the balcony, of the mountains, was breath-taking!   This is an extraordinary place sitting all by itself in a mountain valley looking at many glaciers. Dinner by the window with the setting sun is an unforgettable experience! Getting there I would recommend the smaller horse carriage.   The rooms were spacious and comfortable with heated bathroom floors which is nice on a chilly (-17) night. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a la carte eggs any style also available. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly with everything. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants in the main part of town and right on the bus sto... vad folk säger » p which will take you to one of the smaller ski areas. The main train station is 5-10 min walk away and from here it is about half hour into larger t - From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Sofia after a disastrous journey (which was made better by the complimentary Prosecco) we knew this was a fantastic hotel. It's in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the main Gotschnabahn lift. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and felt like a ski chalet in itself. The bar is spacious and stylish, and the breakfast service was everything you could ask for. We only wished we were staying longer!
