Very friendly and welcoming. We arrived late, and the owner came outside immediately to show us a parking place. We still could order dinner in spite of the late hour. We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. We loved the walk along the lake to get to and

They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

The hotel facilities and staff were wonderful especially for a romantic getaway for two. The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. While the price was expensive by US standards, it was reasonable for Lucrern and Europe in general. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel

(especially the receptionist) were very helpful and attentive. They
acknowledged that I am lacto intolerant, and provided lacto free

We stayed at the Spannort for two incredible nights. The location is
perfect for any activity (hikes, strolls around lovely Angelberg, or
sight seeing/ main local attractions - such as Mount Titlis). The
design and ambiance were truly relaxing, the staff was extremely
hospitable and helpful (thank you Stefen). There was wi-fi, parking, a
lovely breakfast, cosy lounge area - basically, anything and everything
you need for a perfect holiday or a business trip.
