  The staff were immediately welcoming when I dropped off my bag on my way to a meeting on arrival in Basel. The room had windows to open at night (many hotels have sealed windows). The location was perfect thanks to the map on your booking website. When I had to get up and leave at 4.30 the night manager made me a cup of tea which was beyond the... vad folk säger » call of duty; for this alone I would return. - The location of the hotel is truly excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much.

  The staff at Hotel Schlussel Binningen were the best I have ever experienced at a hotel! They were friendly, helpful and accommodating in every respect. They all went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful vacation in Basel.
