Central location, modern but Alpine, very clean, beautiful rooms and bathrooms, wellness area included in the price, friendly and accommodating owner, excellent customer service (unusual for Switzerland!), baby cot and high chair were there just as requested, flexibility and generosity of owner (we were allowed early/late check-in and were also given an extra apartment for the same price so my parents would be more comfortable--visiting during the off-season has its benefits!).
