  The hotel has excellent rooms with fabulous views of the lake and Lugano City. The wellness center and spa are well equipped too. The hotel delighted us with an upgrade which made our anniversary celebration memorable. - Everything.   The staff were highly professional and pleasant; and the hotel spa was wonderful - which counted for a lot, as it rained the whole time I was in Lugano! - The hotel is easily acccessible and very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere. The views are stunning. The staff were all efficient and friendly.
