  The warm friendly hosts, Urs and Barbara who welcomed us from day one. They were very helpful accommodating all our needs even providing an Italian coffee maker. Location is excellent, in the old part of the city. Perfect if you like historic buildings and winding streets. It is close to shops and it is possible to walk from the station. Lovely hosts who spoke excellent English. Beautiful apartment, no 9, on first floor. View over pedestrian street in old town. Picturesque quiet patio on internal courtyard. Peaceful at night. Use of laundry room for small fee. Excellent WiFi. Supermarkets nearby. Short walk to all the sights.

  Senora Sandra was extremely friendly. Tasteful modern renovation; shower was fantastic. Lovely location just metres from the lake and swimming lakeside.

  Very friendly, warm and helpful staff. Makes you feel welcome and well cared for. Nice balcony in the room and a pretty garden to eat breakfast. Excellent breakfast with good bread, good selection of local cheeses, nice coffee and healthy (and unhealthy) muesli choices. Flexible breakfast hours.
