  Outstanding room ( I took a suite with a breath taking view. Quite and clean. Staff mostly were very friendly and helpful. There is the head of reception, Roberta, she's super nice and undertstsnd the meaning of guest satisfaction. Also, their was an Arabic receptionist named Sahbi.   The warm friendly hosts, Urs and Barbara who welcomed us from day one. They were very helpful accommodating all our needs even providing an Italian coffee maker. Location is excellent, in the old part of the city. Perfect if you like historic buildings and winding streets. It is close to shops and it is possible to walk from the station. Lovely hosts who spoke excellent English. Beautiful apartment, no 9, on first floor. View over pedestrian street in old town. Picturesque quiet patio on internal courtyard. Peaceful at night. Use of laundry room for small fee. Excellent WiFi. Supermarkets nearby. Short walk to all the sights.

  Mycket trevlig personal och bra frukost. - Hotel had been fully refurbished and was well equipped, excellent decor and very clean. Breakfast was good, which could be taken outside on the verandah. Parking is good - either right outside the hotel or in excellent secure garage about 100m up the road. Location was excellent - 5 mins to lake and centre. - The hotel not over expensive as it was modern, clean, efficient, with friendly staff and situated close to the railway station.

  We loved everything about this hotel, the view overlooking the lake, the spacious room, immaculate condition, great breakfast, friendly staff, close to the marina. Also very close to the railway station if you travel by train.- just a few feet away.. - everything, it was just perfect. and if/when we go back it is where we will stay
