Location - on the banks of the lake...a lovely hotel. Food - probably the best steak I've had - food was fantastic. I also liked the pre-welcome email I received prior to the visit - nice touch. Staff were incredibly friendly. Exceptionally friendly staff. Hand written welcome note. Welcome drink. Great view and great service! Highly recommended. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, beautiful location, friendly staff and great restaurant!.
