  Excellent quality Continental breakfast, especially the breads. Staff spoke English very well and was helpful in explaining how to travel by train around the Zurich area. Parking space was available directly behind the hotel and was easy to access even with a relatively large car (Peugeot 407 wagon).   Great hotel, the bathroom was awesome, the beds great, the location was perfect and close to everything and quiet. The room was very clean.   Kind, helpful staff. Rooms were clean, had a simple "old world" charm. Location was great. Price, as well. - The all young women staff who spoke English fluently and were very accommodating.

  Jag tycker att följande punkter värderar hotellet: läget, renlighet, modernt uppgraderat, trevlig personal - As we were a large party over for the ironman competition, I couldnt have asked for a better reception. The staff were so accomodating, going as far as making cheese sandwiches after the ironman when all the local restaurants were closed so ... vad folk säger » the athletes did not have to walk far. They accomodating bulky sporting equipment and prepared an extra early breakfast for the athletes on the day. - Excellent location in the old part

  Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. I will be back. - The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good. The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding. The adjustable bed is considerate. In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).
