During the same week I also stayed in the Atel Windsor hotel becauseSagitta was unavailable during the first part of my holiday. What adifference!!! Sagitta is clearly the best for this price. Beside the great location of the hotel, what make our staying enjoyable and relaxing is the staff, every one of them, they go 5 step extra of the efforts that they should provide, we felt like home and like we were the only guest in the hotel.

We were a family of 4 and the room was fantastic in size with a kitchenette and a sitting area, very clean and spacious. Also the staff were friendly and the location was good. From this part of town we got to catch a ferry across to the other side of the lake and yet again got to see many views of Geneva as we only had 1 day & night here.

The front dek clerk walk me threw the ins & outs.Until he was sure I would be fine traveling from point A to to point B the room was very comfortable really clean. The staff provided excellent service. The hotel room was well lit, spacious with modest, clean design. The staff upgraded our room as a courtesy as a better room was available upon our arrival. The bed was soft and comfortable, the studio was spacious, the shower room was modern and clean with lashings of hot water. The kitchen facilities were useful for a short stay and just further down the road was a supermarket. The open air street market that sold veg was only two stops away on the tram. Very reasonable price/quality ratio for Geneva and good location for our purposes. Also, with the tram stop just outside and the free public transport ticket, you can be anywhere downtown easily and quickly. We actually walked mostly.
Very frienly and helpful staff. Note that this is a residence, so you have a minimal kitchen, but no daily cleaning of the room. The rooms are rather nice and modern.
