  Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me. Highly recommend. - Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect. I really recommend this hotel especially for honeymooners and people looking for high standards. Special thanks to the guys on the reception desk who I cant remember their names unfortunately.

  Very comfortable hotel, well located quite and very nicely decorated room with nice bathroom and all the comfort. Everything was there.Mineral water provided as well. - The staff was very helpful and cool.

Friendly hotel staff - I was to meet some people, they helped to organize it. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast and fast internet for free in the room.

  the staff was very helpful with any question I had.I needed help navigating the train system. The front dek clerk walk me threw the ins & outs.Until he was sure I would be fine traveling from point A to to point B the room was very comfortable really clean. This is a old building and a small building but it has Wi-Fi and room service. I was ... vad folk säger » only in the room for six hours tops but I enjoyed every minute of each nap. - The staff provided excellent service. The hotel room was well lit, spacious with modest, clean design. The staff upgraded our room as a courtesy as a better room was available upon our arrival. The location was perfect, very central, situated next to several tram lines, but in an area I prefer to most other comparable hotels. The Tiffany will be my go to hotel for business travel in Geneva.
