  Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, nicely located. Amazing is the sound isolation, the hotel is located in the heart of the city with trams running next to it, still if you close the windows, nothing will disturb you. - Fabulous breakfast with a wide choice.   The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food.   Professional staff, beautiful room. I have stayed at several hotels in Zurich, but would return to this one, I think. - Breakfast was very good, staff was very nice, location was very nice.

  Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. I will be back. - The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good. The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding. The adjustable bed is considerate. In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

  Best hotel of our 2 weeks in Switzerland! Location was outstanding, across street from Train station, which you could not hear the trains, catch trams in front to downtown quickly.   Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently excellent. On arrival late at night I asked them for a meeting room for the next morning and it was arranged within ten minutes. Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

  Great design hotel with such friendly and helpful staff (especially the bar that share shots with you when you arrive at closing time!). Felt both sleek and intimate which is hard balance to get right. Having visited Zurich before and only ever stayed in the centre it was great to get to know the 4th. All in all a great place for a city break. - A very nice, modern and comfortable hotel in the quartel, where ordinary people are living, away from the tourist zones. Some restaurants (italian, chinese...) within the walking distance, also a nice hammam open till 11 p.m. Good public communication, even if you have to walk a little bit, by bus to the main railway station, by tram to the centre and by s-bahn to the airport. Very modern design of the rooms, quiet location (the back building) and the tree forest from the back.
