  The location was excellent, in the Zurich Old town, very close to shopping, and to Zurich hbf and Landesmuseum. Yet, for this location rather quiet. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Although a city hotel, yet it feels personal. A manager or owner personally appeared in the breakfast room overlooking things, doing whatever needed doing and... vad folk säger » talking to guests. The room was tiny, yet it felt small and cozy rather than cramped, the'd made their best of the available space. Interesting old t - The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free wifi was a real bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area. The breakfast room was beautiful and the service very good. The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.

  miljön samt den mycket personliga , proffsiga personalen - A charming period building in a very good area, within 15 min walking distance to central Zurich; very nicely appointed rooms -- although the single room is a bit small, bathroom spotlessly clean. The complimentary bar of chocolate on check out was a nice touch. - We were only there overnight, but the location was good and the room was very nice.

  Jag tycker att följande punkter värderar hotellet: läget, renlighet, modernt uppgraderat, trevlig personal - As we were a large party over for the ironman competition, I couldnt have asked for a better reception. The staff were so accomodating, going as far as making cheese sandwiches after the ironman when all the local restaurants were closed so ... vad folk säger » the athletes did not have to walk far. They accomodating bulky sporting equipment and prepared an extra early breakfast for the athletes on the day. - Excellent location in the old part

  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is excellent... vad folk säger » , breakfast lunch and dinner - Location was great, right outside downtown. Excellent roof top patio, and lovely restaurant. Darling rooms, with great decor, and reasonable price for Switzerland.

Walking distance or short tram ride from adjacent stop to city centre. 5 min. walk to station shopping for food essentials. - Excellent location - I was attending a conference at the Congress House -.
