  Excellent location which would be extremely difficult to beat. Even staying in the old town (Citta Vecchia) of Locarno is not as convenient as Hotel Rio Garni. Hosts Caterina and Gigi were incredible. - Very, very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with freshly made fruit salade and good selection.   We loved everything about this hotel, the view overlooking the lake, the spacious room, immaculate condition, great breakfast, friendly staff, close to the marina. Also very close to the railway station if you travel by train.- just a few feet away.. - everything, it was just perfect. and if/when we go back it is where we will stay

  The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to anticipate needs. The owner got the buffet breakfast prepared early on the day of our departure as we had to leave early. Great view & within steps of the train station with no train noise heard in the rooms - Location was great: close to train station and across street from lakefront walkw... vad folk säger » ay. Just a short walk to town center. Nice breakfast is included.Staff were exceeding helpful, giving us a hair dryer and use of their cellphone as an alarm clock.

  The hotel was within easy walking distance from both the centovalley express train station and the ferry station. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of the lake and ferry terminal. - The stuff there is really great and helpful. Great location.

  Mycket trevlig personal och bra frukost. - Hotel had been fully refurbished and was well equipped, excellent decor and very clean. Breakfast was good, which could be taken outside on the verandah. Parking is good - either right outside the hotel or in excellent secure garage about 100m up the road.
