  My job is mostly travelling so I spent many nights in 5*hotels all around the world. Never ever had such a fabulous experience like this.   Staff members were very friendly and helpful. If you travel to Switzerland from the U.K. and intend to use your computer or recharge a battery of your mobile phone or tablet, be aware that an electrical plug in Switzerland is different from the European standard two-pin one. The hotel kindly let me use a plug to convert from the U.K. three pins to the Swiss three pins. - The offer that I had was fairly good value. Zurich is expensive, and the price was ok for what was on offer. The location is a short (10- 14 Minute) tram ride from the centre, with a tram stop more or less outside the hotel. Breakfast good but expensive if not included with the package, and a "quick" breakfast on offer. The hotel was quiet. The bar was functional, and barstaff friendly. I would probably stay there again

  The place was clean and quiet. The furnishings were spare, but serviceable. The staff at checkin was good. The area was a 'hip' part of town - near some good restaurants that were not too expensive.   We loved the room and balcony with nice view. The room and bathroom was spacious and very user- friendly combined with excellent design, color and form. Great to have a Nespresso machine in room as well as Ihome system for music. Our room was equipped with canvas bag with towels, bathrobe and slippers and allowed free entry to the spa and gym area... vad folk säger » on the same floor. We loved the spa. We had it all to ourselves on the afternoon we arrived. Great view from sauna and neat little gym. Great to have - It is chic and fab amidst the west side of city. Maria the receptionist is very great and helpful. Others are also. Hotel locates in the remote area, no shopping center, no super market. But we can take ride on tram in front of the hotel for 10 minutes to city center. Tram no.4 dictates you to city centef and elsewhere of tourist attraction of Zurich, except you wanna expand adventures to urban area. We got the room that did not match the internet photo. We did not make complaint but validated - the design of overall hotel is brilliant. i stayed there on Thursday and Friday. Every night in the foyer they had a lovely not very loud music - club music. On friday evening there was a table tennis tournament - just brilliant for me as I love table tennis. Room design is great very very cosy. Window had an automated sunblinds, you press the button and in 30 seconds you are in darkness. All light in the room can be turned off using switches next to bed, so don't have to get of the bed to turn

  We liked very much location of the hotel because it was near the railway station and 10 minutes walking from the club we visited. It was very nice founding some little chocolates in the morning we arrived. I liked reception in the distance because of that it seemed like we lived in the flat not in the hotel room.   Very good value for money for Zurich. Excellent location close to Limmatoplatz which is a 5 min tram ride to the train station. Nearby is a new and up and coming area with lively restaurants and bars in Gasometerstrasse and Neugasse. Avoid the rest of the bars. The apartment building is modest but clean and modern. The rooms a bit sparse but again... vad folk säger » very functional in white and wooden flooring. A kitchenette is provided. Unlike some other reviewers we had no problem with check-in and there's free - My girlfriend & I stayed at Casa Heinrich during our stay in Zurich for my Birthday. The staff were friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and modern and (for Zurich) it was good value. The hotel is located very close to the main station but next to the west Zurich district, which is the 'trendy' part. It also has very good transport links and super easy access to the main town & old town. Location is perfect and in a very quiet area.
