  the staff was very helpful with any question I had.I needed help navigating the train system. The front dek clerk walk me threw the ins & outs.Until he was sure I would be fine traveling from point A to to point B the room was very comfortable really clean. This is a old building and a small building but it has Wi-Fi and room service. The hotel room was well lit, spacious with modest, clean design. The staff upgraded our room as a courtesy as a better room was available upon our arrival. The location was perfect, very central, situated next to several tram lines, but in an area I prefer to most other comparable hotels. The Tiffany will be my go to hotel for business travel in Geneva.

  allt var bra, inklusive lugnt läge centralt - The hotel is modern and beautiful. The room has a mini-kitchen and allthe necessities.   The location is good, there are many bus and tram stops around. The host is friendly and helpful. Because Geneva is a very expensive city, it is good to have oppurtunities to eat at the apartment. The price is also good compare to the others.   Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me. Highly recommend. - Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect.
