The location is just brilliant: a nice pedestrian square just a short walk away from the train station and within walking distance from all the main activities in the city.
The room was not too big but comfortable, with complimentary coffee and tea.
The toilet is actually nice and modern.

Right in the heart of the Luzern's Old town, great atmosphere and so convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Approx 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The Bistro on the ground floor although separate from the hotel but in the same group had a good menu and reasonable prices.

Staff were friendly and the location was fantastic. Walking distance from the train station, right across from tourist information center, and walking distance to all of the sights of Lucerne. The breakfast at Monopol was great and was included with the room, which was a nice change from the other hotels billing me for everything I even thought

friendly and efficiently staff. Best location next to the main station. A few minutes to the old city. Breakfast is very good. Wide range of English television channel. Very quite room in spite of close to main road and station. Good supermarket nearby. Right opposite to Business School Of Luzern.
Plenty of good restaurant nearby. Rooftop bar at the adjacent Monopol hotel is a must for cocktail (great view!).
We plan to stay here again.

Vårt rum hade en mycket fin toalet med badkar. Trådlös Internet utan kostnad, bra för mig som hade en mini laptop med. Detta förlät lite av det negativa. - Friendly and helpful staff. The scenic view from the Appartment, play area outside, a bus stand just a few meters away, a train station a few 100 meters away. Appartment was spacious for 2 persons but not more than that. A bit congested with 3 beds and a sofa and dining table. -

2. Spacious for a family (with no more than 4 members) -
This hotel was very wonderful location to take a bus. In near this apartments, MIGROS was placed so that several items can be easily obtained from 8 am.

We stayed here for 3 days it was really nice apartment with a beautiful panoramic view.
The apartment was very clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen utensils.
A detail user guide which tells you all about the apartments and the transportation details.
Fully secured system.
Overall, its worth staying there and value for money. -

The next morning, we were surprised by the stunning view of the city & mountain from the apartment (at 28th level). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hoped we cld stay longer!

The staff was very friendly .. I call them before I arrived by 2 hours to let them know about my expected arrival time and they were waiting for me even when I was late half an hour. The taxi took 24chf to take us from the train station to the apartment. You can use bus#20 it's easy to use and only 10 min ride from the station to the apartment. Th

Spacious for a family of 5. Stephanie from hit rental was waiting for us and oriented us. She was very helpful. Economical and child friendly with a small play area outside, TV with english channels and free wireless internet. Kitchenette was small but functional. Stephanie was helpful. Good location outside the town with nice views and close to bus station and a grocery store
