  The rooms were clean and spacious (we were on 9th floor) with nice big shower. Receptionist was very helpful with booking dinner and explaining how to get to the old town. Ample parking (extra 20swiss francs but can come and go for 24hours). 2X English speaking tv channels. 15 stroll to the old town without old town accom prices. WiFI for 1 device... vad folk säger » available for free. - Great budget hotel a short walk or tram ride to the city center. Good sized clean rooms, organized, efficient with free wi-fi. What more could you want? Bern is a beautiful old city in a beautiful country. Enjoy!

  Our intention was to visit and see Bern for a day. Hotel is exactly that. In a quiet place, close to the park of roses and near the old part of Bern. The rooms are quite small, the bathroom is very small and the shower.   My husband was ill and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Our stay had to be extended and this was arranged easily to meet our every need. - Staff we met were really friendly and could not be more helpful. Hotel well placed to get public transport into bern.

  The location is just perfect, a couple of minutes walking from the bus stop and with it you can reach the center in 10 minutes. There's also a nice restaurant just in front of the hotel.   Alot of the other reviews say that the breakfast is good, and true enough, I must say it's excellent! Continental breakfast with fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, good selection of fresh fruit, even strawberries. The 24 hour coffee/milk machine was a really nice extra. Shared kitchen great to heat up food purchased at bahnhof. Room a good size and bed comfortable. Quiet location. Good control of temperature in room. We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it to other travellers.
