  The room and overall building was very cute and cozy. The beds were nice, the wifi worked well, the breakfast was filling, and the bathroom was always clean.

  Läget. - I feel very glad that I choosed this hotel. The reception lady is so nice. When she knew we would get up very early and leave for the mountain in the morning, she prepared wonderful breakfast for us to take away in advance. We even didn't ask her...   Lovely hotel a short walk from the station. Situated on the corner of a big park. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel clean and tidy with beds made every day. They don't have double beds as its two singles pushed together. Room has NO air con but a fan is provided. Room also has a small mini bar/fridge for all your drinks, water, milk, ... vad folk säger » bier etc, it also has tea making facilities (topped up everyday). Only one English channel on TV (but who goes on holiday to watch TV!) lovely bathroo - This was our first trip to Switzerland and the first place we arrived. Although it was before midday, our room was ready. We had a beautiful view of the park and the mountains and the room itself was spacious, clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel's bar a great way to finish the day. The hotel itself was 5 mins walk from Interlaken Ost station and within walking distance of just about everything you could need. Plenty of restaurants nearby to make up for the hot

  The breakfast buffet was excellent! Hotel staff was very very friendly from the second we got there (very rare in Europe).   Nice hotel on top of a pub. Good friendly staff. Breakfast is good and is served in the pub. Decent sized room with tea/coffee making facilities. Walking distance to both Interlaken Ost and West stations. Had dinner once at the pub and it was good :) - Best hotel ever!!! Although it is a little far from train station, it has a great view of the mountains and very quite neighborhood. There is a nice bar at the first floor. The beer they offered is quite good. Employees are very nice. I said I would catch the first train to Jungenfraujoch, they even offer me a packed breakfast.   Service at the Jungfrau Hotel was exceptional. Email correspondence was prompt and courteous. Late check in was processed smoothly. Easy access to Interlaken city centre. The food was very good ( both Breakfast and Dinner, and we are vegetarians ). The staff also help organise our activities such as Paragliding and Canyon Jumping . I would strongly recommend The Jungfrau Hotel and its excellent staff - We loved everything about the hotel.It was the most relaxing break, all staff were so helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and he was made very welcome. It is in a peaceful village and so very close to the Railway station so it was easy to access all that the region offers. We are already checking our dates to book again for next year! A wonderful hotel!

  We had a very good view of the scenery, including the alps mountain and the aare river. Owner Stephan was very accommodating and helpful in giving us info on sites to vist in interlaken. - Excellent location with great views of the surrounding area.

  Good location, plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area, although if you want to explore Interlaken fully, this hotel is up at one end. However we only used it as a base and we had a car, so the amount of stuff around the hotel was adequate for our evening strolls. Staff great. We had a free upgrade to a suite.
