  A good hotel close to the station with quick access to the ski area and in the centre of the town close to the buss station so quick access to the ski buses. A good swiss style breakfast with plenty of choice. - The hotel was very comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. Bedrooms were suitable and well furnished. Breakfast was very good.

  The hotel is very nice and clean family run hotel. The staff are so friendly. Although breakfast is not much variety, but is it OK. We have stayed at the hotel last year and came back to it again this year ( we stayed in 2-bedroom appt. in the chalets out of the hotel.The hotel has nice view to Eager mountain.   The location of this hotel is absolutely astounding. When we arrived at the hotel we were really pleased. The hotel is about half kilometre outside wonderful but slightly busy Grindelwald town. This hotel is located in a quite location with wonderful mountain and glacier backdrop which we loved. The view from the patio is like pic - As one can tell from my many reviews, I travel a lot...especially in Europe. I can honestly say that I have never encountered better value for my money or more gracious, informative and fun hosts than the Hotel Alpenblick. The hotel has private rooms available, but I opted for shared accommodations for the first time in my travels. I was not let down. In typical Swiss tradition, the shared facilities are absolutely immaculate and for 30-some Swiss Francs a night you couldn't find better value a
