The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.   Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me. Highly recommend. - Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect.   This location may not good for someone who try to stay more than one day in Geneva but just perfect for someone like us who only have one day here and have to catch up a early fight next morning. It is close to the airpoprt and the free transportation pass was awesome. The bus stop is nearby and the bus comes frequently. The hotel shuttle is very helpful; and makes your arrival and departure in Geneve quite simple and easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The rooms were a good/comfortable size and immaculate.

  It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. It's proximity to the La Praille mall proved to be an advantage because i didn't have to go very far to find a variety of restaurants.
