  It was an amazing experience!! The service was spectacular!! Very welcoming, yet still very discreet! The hotel is very well decorate, plus have technologies also. They have everything you migth need and take care of everything for you! I highly recommended!! - We were greeted by the friendly staff and treated to two glasses of champagne.   The fantastic cuisine and the excellent staff. - Hotel opened up on December 1st 2007. Completely renovated.Great views and a nice balcony, pleasant staff. Under Dutch management and staff speaks also Spanish. Very helpful. New and comfortable rooms, although small. Gant bed linnen. Nice smell. Seems like staying over at a friend's place.   The staff make the comfort of the guest their priority and you feel as if you are at home. I appreciate all staff for their friendly spirit and I acknowledge in particular "Sylvia" who took all the effort to make our stay interesting, and she always smile. - Lovely modern rooms, staff were very helpful and accommodating.   A small and cosy hotel that surely lives up to the standards of its five stars! I spent some amazing days here, with most attentive staff and an excellent room with beautiful views! The food was delicious, and during lunch time it was possible to enjoy your meal outside on the terrace, enjoying the lovely weather and the breathtaking panoramic mou... vad folk säger » ntain view. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and if I have the chance to come back to Crans, this is where I will spend my stay, no doubt - The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss" experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony. Tres bien.

  Staff were friendly and offered us a lift to and from the mountain each day even though it was only as five minute walk. They also gave us a lift to the train at the end of the trip for free. Crans-Montana is beautiful. - Very friendly and helpful staff Lovely breakfast Comfortable rooms and beds Great shuttle service to and from slopes
