Friendly staff, Great food, clean rooms and everything very neat and functional. Right in the middle of the township and all that we needed. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good, and the hotel was centrally located. The breakfast and dinner at hotel appenzell was the best in the two weeks we spent in switzerland. Great chef!. First class in every respect...comfortable room, excellent food and delightful staff. Strongly recommend it.
