  Pensione Agra is on top of mountain overlooking Lugano. Our bedroom was like a page out of Ikea.There are lots of stairs & the bathroom is shared, but who cares. The church of Saint Thomas is right outside the bathroom window!   Hotel Dischma is a very nice, reasonably priced base for exploring Lugano. An excellent, very extensive breakfast is included in the price.
