  When we arrived we were welcomed by a charming and helpful receptionist. Although we were early we could book in the room straight away. The room was very clean , the beds comfortable - one of it was bunk, but I knew about it in advance so no problem there. The breakfast buffet was varied and it was plenty there, good coffee. Good Wi-Fi reception.... vad folk säger » Would be nice if they offered free coffee and tea for guest as so many other hostels in Stockholm do, specially since there are no facilities to make - Location is very good, not so far from city center. If you have a travel card location is not a problem at all. It takes about half a hour to get to Gamla stan by walk and about 10 min to nearest subway station. Breakfast isgood. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Luggage room is very useful, especially if you have late flight. In few words, it's good value for money.

  This hostel is great value for money for Stockholm and quite comfortable. Our end was a like a nice hotel, with the use of hostel facilities (ie cheap washing machine, kitchen, kids toys, guidebooks, info). The room was equipped almost like a hotel ie with hairdryer, phone. It was quite a large place with many groups of teenagers staying there. Buffet breakfast was available for a charge and had a - Walking distance to city centre/train station but there is a tube station close by as well as bus stops. Easy to find. Close to shops and restaurants. Quiet area, near park. Sufficient breakfast option. Room/bathroom (en suite) size is more than adequate and bed comfortable. Room looked new. Being there in the winter, the room was nice and warm. Many TV channels including programmes in English. Can even buy stamps at the hotel.

  Great location with a superb view over one of the cities emblematic features (Gamla Stan). All the other main points of interest are within seconds distance. The accomodation is 5 star. The best quality / price ratio you'll probably find in Stockholm. Sure to return again soon - Very comfortable & clean rooms, Nice & varied breakfast, with lovely vue on Stockholm bay. Nice staff. Also when looking out of the window you are greeted with a wonderful view of peaceful waters of the Malaren Lake and beautiful buildings along the shore.   I enjoyed staing in this hotel. My room was nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel was full of people, but WC area was empty everytime I need it. Breakfast was also excelent, and it was possible to seat outside on fresh air in the small and nice patio - The breakfast was amazing and diverse. The history of the building is available to you and quite interesting.

  It was a nice experience staying in a Hotel which was previously a prison. We liked the atmosphere and the design. It was really clean. We enjoyed the breakfast there.
