Location needs refining on the information regarding the hotel, we found it easily but with a large slice of luck and a very kind local who drove us to the door. Simple friendly check in, spotless rooms, 6 course dinner with wine, water, bread for 44 euros would be astounding value if the food was average, this is quality cuisine at a bargain price. 20 minute walk into town or 2 minute drive to on-street parking then 5 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter, perfect for us. alla recensioner » The hotel is almost brand new, opened actually in december 2012, and it was very clean. The gourmet kitchen was up to what it boasts, a bit expensive tough. Very friendly staff. The hotel is located in what it seems as a new developed real estate, amongst "cigarrals", and nightime offered a nice terasse, which together with the balmy night, would nicely end a good sightseeing day. The bus station is close, but who wants to take a walk is not farther than 20 minutes from the bridge and the old . A very warm welcome from reception staff and a thorough introduction to Toledo. A slight misunderstanding in the booking was resolved as soon as possible by staff moving me to another room. Room was clean, comfortable and newly renovated. The restaurant attached to the hotel is second to none - simply one of the best meals I have ever had in Spain and incredibly good value. Worth travelling for in its own right. Breakfast was equally good. Although it was out of town there was a great hourly bus service. The Hotel was lovely and staff very helpful and friendly. We forgot that breakfast in Spain is just Coffee and toast or sweet roll, but they made us lovely scrambled egg. How good was that! Great secure parking. The hotel has excellent facilities and within a 2km walking distance to the old city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As we were half board for 4 days each evening was a gourmet delight. Our compliments to the Chef. Very pleasant and helpful staff.The evening meal at 22 euros was exceptional. A very good stopover for us and I would have no problem staying longer. Spotlessly clean. The hotel was clean and the restaurant is worth checking out. well appointed bedrooms. It lacked a bit of an identity, but surely with time it will make it's own. The ultramodern bathroom appliances are not always practical. Nothing we were not able to resolve. A little far from everything, but the bus service made up for it. Cannot think of a single thing. Parking underground a bit small and outside the hotel there were plenty car park. Breakfast start 8 o'clock...too late. Some noise during a night. Miles away from anywhere so only good for an overnight in transit stay. The front desk staff were not friendly and in some instances they were rude. The door to the secure parking was always left open. Media pension was poor, house wine was 12 euros and very poor standard. Waiter not interested in his job.
