Wonderful apartment, park in front, green area in back. Had to call contact to let them know we were out front, but very nice person to check us in. Walked to some restaurants in 5-10 minutes, cathedral area about 15 min walk. We we were there during school break, so very quiet then. This was perfect accommodation for a couple of days in Santiago. The location was very convenient within a few minutes walk of the cathedral. The apartment was compact but very attractive, clean and comfortable overlooking the gardens. I would highly recommend it.

The owner collected us at the airport for a small fee. This was much appreciated. We were a group of 4 who just completed the Camino and we were extremely happy to stay in your apartment so close to the Cathedral with such a lovely garden and we had sunshine during our stay,we will recommend your suites to friends. This is a wonderful apartment in a historic location very close to the Catedral. We were able to walk everywhere and appreciated having a spacious, comfortable apartment to return to. Owner, Victor was very kind and accommodating. The owners were very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and well fitted out. There was free WiFi at the apartment. Location was excellent, being close to the city park and city centre. Secure off road parking facilities. Beautiful apartment in a great location. Clean, spacious with a good layout. Beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was very nice. This was one of the nicer apartments I have rented in Europe. Terrific apartment in a location convenient to the cathedral and the park. One of the bathrooms has the glass installed backwards so you cant see out, but people can see in ( from the kitchen). Some instructions in English on how to use the washing machine and the code for the tv would be nice. A secure wifi would also be nice. These are not complaints but maybe suggestions. Suggest that Instructions in English for the washer and heat would be great--we figured it out but were a little nervous at first. As these are appartments there is no regular staff available so you need to arrange upfront the pickup time for the keys. For us this was no issue. wifi availability was spotty for our 6 day stay. The showers were terrible with almost no flow which was a big downer. Someone ran their washing machine at midnight 2 of the 3 nights we were there. It was loud and the light from apt. 1 was bright in our apartment.Other than that though, it was wonderful. Would have liked a kettle. A possible improvement would be to change the bath towels daily. Parking not exactly handy but they did have parking which is good in Santiago.
