Our second visit here, which again was very enjoyable. Despite going high season this time it didn't feeling too busy and was always quiet around the pool area. Had a ground floor apartment which had direct access to the lovely pool - had everything we needed, and lovely comfortable beds and bed linen. We had a power cut one day and the handy man came within the hour to fix it. We were disappointed with the local restaurants, we tried two and the food was fairly average. Lovely apartments and location. Have stayed once before.
Liked prompt action of letsbookhotel.com when we complained about state of pool and their quick response to get it sorted out.
vicinity to the sea, a nice view, a big balcony, the beautiful and clean swimming pool, a nice restaurant not far from the hotel, the underground parking, welcoming personnel.
Loved the location & the quality of the appartment. The terrace was huge & it was lovely to hear the sound of the waves & look out to the bay from the apprtment.
Great location. Well fitted apartment with upmarket appliances. Good beds. Secure parking.
Checking in and key collection at camping Salata was slightly chaotic - keys not ready at 4pm as stated so told to wait, then 45 mins later other people given keys for the apartments even though they arrived after us!
Underground parking really useful but had to be really careful driving in and out as very tight and not great for larger cars.
Poll was dirty when we arrived and we had to ask Booking Com to contact owners to sort it out. Also we wasted time collecting keys as had not been informed we had to collect them from elsewhere (Salata.).
problems with internet connection, power failures, the keys must be taken from another place, the elevator was out of order (the luggage had to be taken upstairs), the glass / stemware assortment is poor, there is just one key for the apartment where 6 people stay.
Ideally the first floor would be my choice as the ground floor was quite open & passers by could look in. Also a bit noisy, but to be expected as its on the main thoroughfare.
Fabric of the building has deteriorated since our stay a year before. Patio stained with food, Loose tiles on terrace.
Pool was filthy until day 3 of our stay. Communication, in respect of how to check in, when shld check out not given. No info on how to work electrical items, we worked out convection oven. Outside area dirty also table and chairs. Shutters nit always working.
