Please note, water and electricity costs EUR 1.50 per person, per week. Key collection takes place between 10:00 and 14:00 and between 17:00 and 19:00. Keys can also be handed in at the property for an additional EUR 25 charge. To arrange key collection, guests are kindly requested to contact the property upon arrival using the telephone number on the booking confirmation. The cleaning fee, laundry fee and inspection of the accommodation after your stay is 90 EURO. Please note that the booking confirmation and ID documents are required for confirming the booking. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Calle Zoa, 39-41, 03182 Torrevieja. Please inform Casa Marijke in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
