great location right at the center of town. spotlessly clean. great price. breakfast was included and was better than average--toast and coffee but also cheese and ham. The guesthouse was very warn and hospitable, the landlady was extremely nice and even gave us a special price when we got stuck in Espot because of overflooded bridges. We enjoyed staying in casa rural philip. The hotel runs by a really nice family , all willing to help. It was very clean and and quiet.
