Spotlessly Clean, fantastic staff , very friendly with all encounters. Hotel seemed brand new or recently renovated. Stayed on third floor looking out the back of the hotel which was very quiet. The only hotel whose bathtub was clean enough to use and we stayed in Spain for 2 weeks in 8 different hotels.Easy parking nearby at the museum of Human Evolution- very clean and easy to park a large car. Make sure to go to Murito for dinner/tapas , the best cafe in town!.

Staff were really helpful, especially the night manager who had the sense to log into a translator to understand what we were requesting and it all worked really well. The hotel is in a great location and easy walk in and out of the city. Plenty of options for eating and close to museums etc. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. We loved this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms and all the facilities were extremely clean. There was an excellent breakfast and it was near most of the major tourist areas in Burgos. New, clean, excellent hotel. Very friendly staff who also speak several Languages, including English. Spacious rooms. Just behind the new museum in Burgos. An all good 9 out of 10 in my opinion!. All very new (only opened May 2013) Smart modern hotel and excellent for B&B - no restaurant. Clean and good value with a short walk to the town centre. Quiet at night. Comfortable rooms with good beds and pillows. Rooms had a bathtub. Buffet breakfast was good. Quiet. Close to city centre. Burgos has good tapas!. The rooms were superb. The greeting very warm. We loved the sound proof rooms and the bedding and complimentary wine were very welcome!. Immaculately clean, large modern rooms with really comfortable beds. Great location and value for money. Some rumbling of the pipes above us when the guests upstairs used the bathroom.Stayed on the third floor, so request the highest floor to avoid this. Hard to find because the street name changes, had to have a stranger come in our car to direct us, very nice and friendly people in Burgos!. There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. Excellent all round. Breakfast could be better, no hot food like bacon and eggs but good coffee! pillows too soft and flat, had to get two and fold them in half! Would be perfect comfort if pillows were improved. Discounted car park at the museum but need to visit hotel prior to parking or the discount doesn't work out. Breakfast good but not included in price. Sadly, the restaurants nearby were not good (not your fault). Also, could you give better instructions about parking and the payment system as we were very confused on arrival. Small hotel with few facilities and expensive breakfast. Nothing. WiFi internet worked ONLY near reception. Situated in a narrow street' dificult to stop the car to unload the luggage. OK hotel. Nothing special. OK rooms, Just a good, solid mediocre place...
