Large apartment. Had everything we needed: kitchenstuff, dishwasher, washing-machine, refrigerator. Two toilets. Close to metro and La Rambla. No deposit because we seemed nice :-) Just left the key in the mailbox when we left, no need for controlling the apartment. Very good location, close to two underground stations, good shops with fruits and bakeries nearby, main street - La Rambla - 7 minutes walking. Good kitchen, all equipment that You may need - iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. Good internet connection.
alla recensioner » Great apartment. Just like the photos. It is about 10 minutes walking from Las Ramblas but it is located on a less busy Rambla that also has many restaurants. The internet is through a hotspot so it is a 3G signal which was just fine. The "Ikea" apartment was very clean, secure and very recently refurbished. No complaints really - all very good! Area of the apartment is a bit dodgy, but there was no trouble at all. Everything was fantastic! The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and in a great location. The member of staff who greeted us was really welcoming and friendly. The apartment was stylish and clean. It was in a good location. Having a stove and washing machine was a plus. We had lots of space to spread out in. The location was central and the apartment was modern and spacious. The caretaker of our apartment Toni was the best, very helpful. Everything was just as it was presented on the site.The apartment was recently renovated. The furniture was new. It's good location in 10 minutes of Rambla street. Nice design of the studio. All that I'd need during trip. Close to city center. Quality/price excelent. The apartment has everything (space, utilities, internet). friendly helpfull staff,excellent location,superb rooms with more than everything we needed. Apartment was above expectations. Modern clean apartment. apartment was small but ok for 3 people, also it was very safe, 2 doors to lock. if you see the house from the outside, you would not think that the apartement is actually nice. also its pretty close to rambla and the barri gotic. Very close to metro, and tourist areas. Easy to get to everywhere. Appartment has everything that you need. Clean and well presented. Bustling and vibrant area. Plenty of space for 2 people. The full instruction list provided befor traveling.including all the information need it. We survived the trip, caramel gelato was tasty :). Apartment was clean. Nothing whatsoever. We were a couple, but the apartment had two single beds. The internet really sucks big time. holes in the balcony, spots on the linens. You have to pay 50 euro for cleaning but they require you to do your dishes and empty the trash upon departure. I thought this should be covered in the cleaning fee. Our apartment was located on the 4th floor - we counted, it's 85 steps so be prepared! More concerning how all the appliances were brought up to the floor!. It was difficult getting the suitcases up two narrow flights of stairs. The bed in the three-foot high loft was a bit awkward. Area near the apartment was famous as a pickup place for hookers. TV network malfunction although the apartment was equipped with new TV. Considering that we spent little time in the house that does not bother us very much. Very noisy neighbors. Hot water "works" 20 minutes, then only cold water (during continuously using). Bad neighbourhood. no lift but not really a problem. Very difficult to find even by taxi, area can be a bit undesirable at night. Work still being carried out on the building, very noisy in mornings, advised to leave rubbish bags outside front door of apartment but told by the cleaner on the day of leaving to take black bags outside on the street while trying to carry our luggage, isn't rubbish clearance included in the 50 euros cleaning charge ?? Also a lot of prostitutes in the alley to the entrance. Internet did not worked last 5 days. the neighborhood is awful, especially when you are 3 young women. i would not recommend it if you are only women. its in the immigrant district, shops are very shady, a lot of homeless around there. when you come home at night its better to take a cab which is waiting until you are inside. We were on the ground floor appt. very dark with little natural light. Difficult to find even though we arrived by taxi from the airport. Appartment down a gated walk way. One end (not such a desirable area) locked at night. The other end had a night guard who let you in after 10 pm. Thee was no free WiFi as advertised . The apartments were not exactly as pictured and the balconi was locked. The neighborhood is not ideal for any female to be in, unless you want to be approached by numerous amount of sleazy men. Police advised not to go out after dark. There was poor organization for check in, Contract didn't match email sent, more fees that weren't included etc. The apartment itself was modern However there is so much noise you cannot sleep at night, a lot of hooligans outside as there are a few bars around. 1) No reciption, I had to call them and wait in the street for one hour till one guy came with wrong key and go again for 30 minuts to get the keys. 2) the flat was in 4th floor without lift. 3) the representative ask for 50 Euros for cleaning which clearly mention in the contract that cleaning cost included. Photos’ on internet bear no relationship to the apartment Apartment wasn’t clean. Cutlery was stained Towels supposed to be white but were a shade of grey and stained Bed linen was stained Furniture fell apart Inventory was frugal Apartment was located in a back ally Toilet leaked and couldn’t be used for 3 days. Was never fixed when we left Loud. Especially back yard Doorbell ringing throughout the night TV was only set up for Spanish channels.
