  From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... vad folk säger » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  Lovely setting, excellent location and facilities, very good breakfast. - Big room furnished in a very nice quaint style. Lovely views from the room. Excellent location, 2 minutes walking distance from restaurants, etc.

  Absolutely everything. Friendly and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, thoughtful design of the rooms, location - Setting was spectacular. Privacy was welcome. Staff were very helpful.

  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!!   It's a five minute walk up to all the restaurants and from where the wine tram departs, perfect. It is really small but with Real quality and attention to detail. The public areas and our room were beautiful. Small touches like a decanter of sherry in the room, plus exquisite puddings left in the room at turn-down really give the place an opulent... vad folk säger » feel. Guest care is great too; they'll book restaurant tables for you, recommend/explain the styles of cuisine etc etc. - The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed the stay so much that we booked two extra nights.The manager recommended restaurants, trips etc. We couldn't ask for a better stay and hospitality. We felt very spoiled and will definitely return.

  The facilities and rooms are superb. The eco-pool is a nice feature, something different. It is about a 15 minute drive to town but staying in a secluded setting is worthwhile. They made us feel home, from minute one. I am very picky about cleanliness, it was neat and clean. Excellent butter at breakfast! Excellent value for money, with stunning view for our room (number 6). - Excellent well run guest in a fantastic location. Even though we only stayed one night and arrived very late, we were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended guest house in a great location, not to be missed if your travels take you along the garden route.
