The whole stay was very pleasant with friendly, efficient staff,
comfortable room, lovely courtyard for breakfasts, drinks or just to sit
and enjoy. Our room was spacious with small balcony overlooking the pool
which was very welcome on hot days.

the restaurant was fantastic and the rooms/grounds of the hotel were gorgeous. We were a little worried because we were in the smallest room in the place but it was a lovely room, so no complaints there - The quality of service and efficiency of all teh saftt, very impressive indeed !!!!

A top notch accomodation! We received a very warm welcome. When we arrived in the morning after a night flight, we were greeted with a nice welcome drink. The dinner booking has already been made for us - just in case.
The staff was always efficient and helpful.

It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. First class luxury at a reasonable price. All four of us agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at. Our two-bedroom suite with living area was more spacious than we needed but we loved the separate bedrooms and large kitchen. I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel.

Newly built hotel and very modern and clean. The hotel is actually apartments in a shopping mall which makes it safe (on top of a permanent person at the reception).
Staff is helpful and friendly helping you out with any query (restaurant reco and booking, day trips,etc).

The staff were friendly,courteous and efficient without being intrusive. They went beyond the call of duty to assist. The hotel itself is what a 5 star hotel is all about, and I have stayed in five star hotels throughout the world,some of which don't match up to this.Would definitely stay there again.
