  We spent 3 nights at the hotel during our holiday touring the garden route. Everything was fabulous with attention to detail all the way. The hosts, Desmond and Johann were very friendly and welcoming with great personal service.We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definate chose it again when we are back in the area. The bathroom is spotless and there is a huge shower. Good products - showergel, cream etc. available. Walking distance to the village and restaurants. Beautiful view and garden.

  The staff was especially helpful. The restaurant is five star. The preparation and presentation of the food is equivalent to any five star restaurant in my home town of San Francisco. Location is within a short walk of the airport and rental car locations. We were traveling on a Safari and needed to leave by 6 AM. Overall, an excellent experi - I really liked all the environmental information to encourage guests to recycle and use less energy and water. Room is spacious and well-designed, including the double functioning bathroom/toilet door! Breakfast was a well-stocked buffet with freshly cooked eggs. Friendly staff.

  A hotel like a garden of relaxation right at the bottom of Cape Town's stunning table mountain. The hotel is very charming with a big garden to wander around and a good pool area. The gym and Spa are very good. All rounded up by a good offer of food with the Myogo restaurant as a high end option with an excellent value for money 7-dish course. The... vad folk säger » service in the whole hotel is very good with some typical South African attributes of "everybody wants to helps" which sometimes leads to confusing i - I have stay at this hotel each year for a week for business. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

  What is not to like. The service was so excellent, nothing to big or small for the staff to handle. We went for the Parlotones Concert and was drop off and collected from the venue. Then dinner at Sir Henry White. Food was exceptional as well as the services. Our stay overall was the best ever locally as well as abroad.

  This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect.   We liked the friendliness of the staff. We stayed the first two days and the last two days of our trip to South Africa and we were upgraded to a suite which was very much appreciated...we had stayed in the hotel five years ago and it was exactly as I remembered it and we will definitely be staying there on our return visit////breakfasts were also ... vad folk säger » super...it should be noted that we travelled with another couple ...mc gettigans...and this review is for all of us - The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful, always smiling, and solicitous without being in your face.
