  The hotel and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. The room exceeded my expectation and would happily recommend it to anyone going to Cape Town. Not only did I organise my own accommodation but booked for 12 other people as well and they all were extremely happy with the facilities staff location and enjoyed their time there. The hotel even we... vad folk säger » re able to bring forward their booking by one day which made them all extremely grateful and happy- they had just spent basically 45 days sailing and - Colin and his team were lovely and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were practical, comfortable, modern, and affordable. It was like staying in a Hotel with the bonus of Table Mountain views from the bedroom and balcony.

  I liked the fact that the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was most enjoyable with good staff. The manager Hayley sorted out my room problem. I changed rooms 3 times. If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere.   We really enjoyed our stay at Basse Provence. It is a beautiful house nestled amongst the vineyards and with a great view of the mountains. We felt very welcome there and the accomodation was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating and made sure we felt at home. The location is beautiful, surrounded by the winelands and the mountains and the accommodation itself was wonderful. Our room was spacious and under the thatched roof and the staff were very helpful. This was our favourite place to stay whilst we were in South Africa and we would thoroughly recommend it!

  We loved the tranquility and the setting. It was a most relaxing time. Maryliese was fantastic she did all she could to help and make our stay comfortable. We loved her and thought she did so well under loads of pressure. She deserves a medal or a R2000 raise in pay.

  From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... vad folk säger » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!!
